vs55t Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the vs55t platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means of access — you ("the User", "the Player", "you") agree to be bound in full by these Terms & Conditions, together with any policies incorporated by reference herein, including the vs55t Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vs55t platform and, if you hold an account, request its closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services provided by vs55t, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), online slots and instant games, the Black Diamond VIP programme, and all deposit and withdrawal facilities. References to "the platform" in these Terms encompass all of the above services collectively.

Access to vs55t and all of its gaming, betting, and VIP services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. vs55t operates as an 18+ only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, not under duress or coercion from a third party.
• You are not currently subject to self-exclusion from vs55t or any other gambling platform, whether self-imposed or otherwise.
• You are acting on your own behalf. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited under these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of vs55t or any of its game provider partners, payment partners, or affiliated entities. Employees may not hold player accounts.
• You have the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing vs55t.

vs55t reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documents within the stated timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension.

To access the full range of services available on vs55t — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and possible referral to the appropriate authorities where fraud is suspected.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vs55t will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified vs55t of unauthorised access.

• Use a strong, unique password for your vs55t account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Do not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vs55t operates a KYC verification process to safeguard the integrity of the platform and to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account linked to the same mobile number on your vs55t account.

Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification. vs55t reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests until all requested documentation has been received and verified to our satisfaction.

All financial transactions on vs55t are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vs55t supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All of these are mobile financial services widely used across Bangladesh, and all transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees imposed by vs55t.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your vs55t account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction on the payment provider's network.
• vs55t does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the mobile number on your vs55t account.
• vs55t does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is 15–30 minutes following approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours depending on network conditions.
• vs55t reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards, or any payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

vs55t does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals, bank transfers to personal accounts not linked to a registered MFS service, or any cryptocurrency payments. Any deposit made through an unsupported method will be returned after deducting any applicable processing costs.

vs55t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general Bonus Policy.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• vs55t reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bet credits may be withdrawn, subject to stated wagering multipliers.

Qualifying Bet Conditions

• For sports betting wagering requirements, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater.
• For casino wagering requirements, contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution tables are available in each promotion's individual terms.
• vs55t reserves the right to void bets and reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

As a registered user of vs55t, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. In addition to the specific obligations detailed throughout these Terms, you must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multi-accounting: Holding or operating more than one vs55t account is forbidden. Accounts found to be connected by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information will be consolidated and any duplicate accounts closed, with balances subject to review.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in tournaments to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems to interact with vs55t is prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by the account holder.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile financial service provider for funds legitimately deposited at vs55t constitutes fraud. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the payment provider and relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at vs55t staff, support agents, or other players via any channel are grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Exploitation of errors: You must notify vs55t immediately if you become aware of any software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction that may affect gameplay or bet settlement. Any winnings derived from a known error or malfunction are void and will be reclaimed.

vs55t employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, vs55t will take action proportionate to the severity of the violation, up to and including permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement.

vs55t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause contained in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party with legitimate standing.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A legal requirement or court order compelling vs55t to freeze or close the account.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your vs55t account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that:

• All active bets have been settled or you have explicitly accepted their cancellation.
• Any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method.
• You are aware that any unspent bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure and cannot be reclaimed.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. vs55t will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at their registered contact details before applying a dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be applied on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Reactivation requires successful completion of a standard login followed by identity re-verification at vs55t's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs55t, its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, game providers, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the vs55t platform, regardless of whether vs55t has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, and without limitation, vs55t accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency platform maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect bet settlement resulting from an obvious typographical or pricing error, which vs55t reserves the right to correct retrospectively.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify vs55t in a timely manner.
• The conduct, content, or policies of any third-party website linked to or referenced from vs55t.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by vs55t's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vs55t, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fairness and good faith. Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vs55t with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
